• 100% malted barley double distilled on copper pot stills
• Single malt whisky aged a minimum of 3 years in ex-bourbon and finished in a variety of fortified pomegranate wine casks for 6 months
• Certified Kosher by the Tel Aviv Rabbinate
• Aromas of ripe pomegranate, roasted coffee, butterscotch, and strong earthiness introduce a juicy palate of crushed pomegranate grains, dried fig, and spicy herbs; long and dry finish of sourdough pretzel and red fruit
• Non-chill filtered, 60.3% ABV
