• 100% molasses from estate-grown sugarcane
• Worthy Parker Light (WPL) marque with ester count between 60 and 119 grams per hectoliter of absolute alcohol (g/hL AA)
• Distilled in 2006 in a Forsyths double retort copper pot still
• Aged for 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels and bottled in 2018
• Oily, rich, and well-integrated, this sumptuous release opens with crème brûlée, banana bread, and toasted nuts. Citrus and herbs appear and vanish, giving way to an explosion of fig and allspice before finishing with pungent, overripe banana
• Contains no additives or coloring
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 56% ABV
