• Single cask aged rum distilled by Beenleigh Artisan Rum Distillery in Queensland, Australia, and bottled by HolmesCay 
• Distilled from molasses in a pot still
• Aged a total of 10 years; 6 years in-country in American oak and an additional 4 years in the UK in ex–bourbon before being bottled in New York State
• Gentle vanilla on the nose leads to a fruity palate with fresh mint and subtle savory notes with oak and minerality on the finish 
• No sugar, coloring, or other additives
• Non-chill filtered; 61% ABV

The oldest operating distillery in Australia, the Beenleigh Artisan Rum Distillery has been producing molasses rums off the coast of Queensland since 1884.
