Shoresh Blanc 2022 is made from Sauvignon Blanc (80%) and Chardonnay (20%) grapes grown on old terraces in the Shoresh Vineyard. The vineyard is characterized by shallow Terra-Rosa soil with a subsoil of limestone. The wine went through cool fermentation and sur-lie aging for 6 months in French barriques. The Shoresh Blanc structure and complexity reflects the character and quality of this unique vineyard.
