"Vinified entirely in stainless steel and without malolactic conversion, the 2025 Cenizas de Laberinto Sauvignon Blanc displays impressive depth, breadth and overall power, all of which is wrapped up in a degree of purity and laser-like focus that routinely makes it one of Chile's most compelling iterations of the grape. A subtle, waxy backdrop adds a bit of density to an overall sleek, linear profile, culminating in a stark, minimalist finish that lingers with mineral notes."

"This sauvignon blanc isn™t simple or punchy. It™s sharp, with lovely acidity and excellent volume on the palate. Lots of seashells, chalk, limes and some stone fruit. Pure and creamy, with excellent texture and a limey finish. It™s very gastronomic, a wine to have with oysters. Drink or hold."

"The 2023 Cenizas de Laberinto Sauvignon Blanc opens with pure, floral, citrus-driven aromas, transitioning to a beamingly bright, tensile plate lined with mouthwatering acidity. The finish continues this live-wire energy, concluding with a tangy, refreshing energy laden with chiseled persistence. It was quite instructive to taste this next to the 2011 vintage, which had aged impressively well. This is \one of the more captivating and age-worthy expressions of Chilean Sauvignon Blanc."
