"Very youthful nose with tons of lemon blossom and fresh garden herbs. Vibrant and effusive with so much energy and a very attractive juiciness on the mid-palate. Super-clean, long finish. Drink or hold."

"The 2021 Riesling Oestricher Rosengarten Grosses Gewächs is grown on loam, loess and clay mixed with Tertiary limestone. The nose allows hints of ripe, juicy pear and top notes of pineapple. The palate is equally expressive, giving a richer, rounder style. There's linear and bright acidity, but it flows within the almost tropical, juicy generosity of the palate. A phenolic edge lends a lovely pithiness reminiscent of melon peel and radicchio. Perimeter walls still surround this site, making it even warmer than its proximity to the river already does. The 2021 is a generous wine from a generous site but made in a slender fashion. (Bone-dry)"

"Expressive flavors of poached pear and juicy apple are up front in this full yet fresh Riesling. With impressive opulence for the cooler vintage, this offers a juicy palate invigorated by a mouthwatering acid structure. Shows intriguing notes of blanched almond, dried thyme and chrysanthemum on the energetic close. - KB"

"The yellow peach and summer flower aromas pour from the glass of this concentrated and graceful riesling GG, which has wonderful delicacy in spite of the excellent ripeness. The underlying chalky minerality deftly supports the medium- to full-bodied palate. Very long, complete finish that pulls you inexorably back for more. Fermented and matured in large oak casks. Drink from release."

"The 2023 Riesling Oestricher Rosengarten Grosses Gewächs was made from up to 60-year-old vines thriving in loess and loam in an ancient clos by the river. It was made in a mix of used Stück and Doppelstück. This has a floral overtone on its aromas of red-cheeked, ripe and juicy yellow peach. The 2023 is generous, smooth and beautifully long. It is held together by its pithiness. Bone-dry"

"A round, lush Riesling that™s just the tiniest touch off-dry, with passion fruit, dried apricot and mango brushed with honey water. Lemon tea bitterness and juicy acidity make for a firm, chiseled finish. Shows beautiful breadth and range, with a mouthwatering finish that stretches way out. Drink now through 2039.-K.B."

"Generous stone fruit, mango and pineapple aromas with a touch of fresh mint. Ripe and silky on the mouth-filling palate, all underlined by a layer of fine tannins that anchors this extravagance. Long dry finish with moderate acidity and a gentle minerality. Drink from release."
