Produced from 100% Tempranillo Blanco (a mutation of red Tempranillo) sourced from vineyards on the slopes of the Sierra de Yerga. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel before being transferred to both new and second-use French oak barrels where the wine rests for an entire year before bottling.
