"This shows complex aromas of toasted rice, barley, candied citrus and chamomile. It,s concentrated and layered, evolving to delicious tertiary truffle, sea salt and honey notes. Very long and intense at only 12.5% alcohol. Hard not to drink this. Bottled in 2021 after five years in casks. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink or hold."
