"This is a rather versatile dessert wine. Honeydew, honey-laced cheese rind and intense petrol aromas decorate the nose. The palate is blasted with acidity that cuts through the melon, honey and rind flavors on the palate. It's refreshing rather than treacly, and would pair with an array of sweet and savory treats.
