Ried Hollerin

Where the Kellerberg runs out in the plain, the Hollerin begins. In its upper part, it is strongly influenced by the neighboring location, the soil being more profound and the gneiss less evident. This wine comes from vines  located in the top third, where the clay is even shallower and the rock is even more striking. The wines from the Hollerin often open earlier and give in addition to mineral notes again and again intense Steinobstaromen.

Open, accessible and generally a bit creamier than the other Rieslings. Often accompanied by floral aromas and citrus notes. Substantial and compact texture; fruity finish.
