"Intricate nose of lemon rind, apples and just a touch of petrol. Bone dry and gastronomic, with a textural allure to the center palate. This is very limpid and refined. Pithy, mineral-driven finish. 30% fermented in tinajas. 5,000 bottles made. Drink or hold."

"A lovely riesling that's structured and bright, with lots of mid-palate substance. Serious and reserved, but it is full of bright acidity, waxed lemons and crushed stones. A little creamier than 2022 but the acidity is good. Fermented in 3,500-liter concrete eggs and 20% in amphorae. Delicious now, but can hold."

"The 2023 Arcillas de Laberinto Riesling opens with a unique and exotic nose of gingerbread, dried roses, oregano, nectarine and stone fruits, leading to a broad, textural palate. It concludes with a stony, persistent finish that mirrors the highly aromatic character of the nose. As with the rest of the Laberinto lineup, this is a singular, precise and captivating expression of Southern Chile. It fermented in concrete vat and tinaja amphora."
