75% Mencía, 20% Brancellao, 3% Mouratón and 2% Sousón from older vines (60 to 110 years). Destemmed. Fermented in open-top 500L oak casks with punching down. Moved by gravity to used barriques for malo and aging for about 17 months with a further 5 months in tronconic vats. 15 further months’ aging in bottle before release.
