"The NV Pedro Ximénez 20 Años VOS feels a bit young and primary, as this year I had the chance to tasted it next to the older VORS. It has notes of molasses and golden raisin, a bit syrupy and very sweet. It's thick and dense, sticky and with some bitter chocolate notes in the finish. I tasted the L1/25, the first bottling of 2025. 1,700 bottles produced."
