Tasting Notes
Bodegas Tradición selected this wine to commemorate the twentieth anniversary of its founding. This twenty-year old palo cortado wine has not passed through the typical Jerezano solera-aging system; rather, it aged untouched in american oak botas. The wine was selected at the outset for its unique organoleptic character and destined for añada bottling, and checked since that time by the Consejo Regulador. Unique and extremely limited.
