• 90% País & 10% Moscatel
• Source from a ravine, the 100-year-old País were co-planted with Moscatel and are dry farmed
• Hand harvested
• Direct pressed using Zaranda
• Fermented in open-top bins with indigenous yeasts
• Aged in 5th & 6th use 225L French oak for 10 months
• Bottled unfined and unfiltered
