"Grapefruit zest with subtle white pepper, blood orange, juniper and iron. Assertive tannins that are slightly rustic and grippy on the medium-bodied palate, but at the same time offering a bit more flesh than the Chick vineyard. Around 40% whole clusters. Fermented in smaller 2000-liter vats and aged in 500-liter used wood barrels. Drink or hold."
