• Fresh orange peels are macerated in neutral grain spirit (NGS) distilled from wheat prior to being re-distilled

• Water for production is distilled 3 times before undergoing reverse osmosis
• Final spirit is rested for one month prior to filtration and bottling
• On the nose, sensations of freshly picked orange, orange oil, and orange wedge candies. The finish hints at nutmeg and a satisfying, pith-y bitterness.

• Filtered through a 1-micron filter prior to bottling
