As corn is the star of Milpa whiskeys, founder Arnaud Fressonnet sought to showcase the diversity of flavors of Oaxacan heirloom blue corn by exploring the effects of different production processes. Distilled from unmalted corn, Ocre is crafted similarly to bourbon and offers familiar rich and buttery flavors of roasted corn, caramel, and vanilla baking spice along with unexpected earthy, vegetal notes.
