"There's a sense of quiet elegance to this harmonious white, with well-honed acidity bringing sleek definition to flavors of golden apple, quince paste, tangerine peel, chopped hazelnut and fleur de sel. The profile is tightly meshed and reserved at first but expands nicely on the fine, pointillistic mousse. Long and minerally through the finish, with floral and spice aromatics. Chardonnay. Disgorged September 2025."
