• Silky smooth, White Lotus is one of the most dynamic and drinkable and nigori (hazy) sake in the US. The combination of Arkansas grown rice and Hot Springs’ famous mineral water forms the basis of this versatile sake.
• Vibrant with a balnced sweetness, hints of citrus and pineapple make this a chilled summer staple. In the cold winter months warming this up will produce notes of coconut, sweet potato and apple.
• Pairs with richer food like carnitas tacos, buffalo wings, pork roast or caprese.
