Crafted from Tsuyu Hakaze rice, native to Nara Prefecture and exclusively grown locally to preserve richness and character.   • The ‘507’ series uses tsuyuhakaze, – charactered by the large starchy ‘shinpaku’, prolonged fermentation at low temperature to bring out the unique characteristics of this sake rice • Jack fruit, rose water, aloe, mint, vanilla.   • Bottled directly after pressing, leaving the sake with a natural fizzy effervescence.   • Pair with sashimi, shellfish, caviar, salami, cheese boards
