"The Aori 2024 Muscat of Spina reflects the challenging dry conditions of the vintage, showing a more evolved and textured profile than the 2025 release. Aromas of honey, toasted nuts and crème brûlee emerge alongside the variety's floral character, while the palate is broader and richer in feel. The wine sacrifices some of the vibrant acidity and precision seen in cooler years. A subtle stony character runs through the wine, reminding me of the rugged mountain vineyards from which it originates."
