"The Domaine Skouras 2024 Moscofilero Salto Wild Yeast is made from a special clone of the grape that delivers higher acidity, greater minerality and less overt floral character. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and released later than the estate's classic Mantinia bottling, this wine is clearly aimed at the table rather than the aperitif hour. Aromas of citrus and crushed stone take center stage, with the floral elements dialed back in favor of a more restrained profile. The palate shows impressive tension and complexity, driven by vibrant acidity. A faint hint of hydrocarbons adds further intrigue."
