Montsant Tinto, ‘Venus’, Venus La Universal
Grapes are harvested by plots, selected and processed separately. They ferment with wild native yeast, with slightly pigeage during fermentation and maceration around 28 and 32 days. Carignan grapes are processed in open 500 l. barrels to allow us separate plots. Venus is aged in used 1 or 2 years barrels and part of it is aged in 4000l wood vats.
Composition: Carignan 50%, Syrah 40% and Grenache 10%.
