• 2019 Vintage just 2390 bottles produced
• Deep ruby color, with top notes of black sansho pepper, mint, bitter chocolate and dried prunes contrasted by grassy notes of forest floor, bold acidity and rich tannins. 2019 has a relatively lean body and slight bitterness that offsets the juicy fruitiness on the palate.
• Fermented in stainless steel tanks at around 60F for 3-4 weeks, aged in French Oak for 15-18 months.
