"A medium straw color, the 2016 Champagne Blanc De Blancs L'Opiniatre Brut Zero is powerful and expressive through and through, with aromas of preserved lemon, Granny Smith apple, toast, and chamomile. Full-bodied and assertive, it's concentrated and long on the palate, with a vibrant mousse and notes of fresh ginger through the finish. Drink 2024-2030. Disgorged April 2022. 0 grams per liter dosage and 1910 bottles produced."

"The 2016 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs L'Opintâre (Sans Soufre) is a blend of the best Chardonnay barrels in the cellar, vinified with no sulfur. There's terrific energy and plenty of character. As much as I want to like this even more, some aromatic deviation requires a forgiving palate to appreciate truly. No dosage. Disgorged: April, 2022."
