"The 2024 List n Blanco is pale, with some green tints, and young, fruit-driven and primary. This is a village white from La Orotava made with purchased grapes from local growers, from shallow rocky soils in the lieux-dits of Cruz Santa and Palo Blanco. It's dry, serious and varietal, with character and very good freshness and depth, denoting a better and more balanced vintage. It fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel where it matured until bottling. It comes in at 13% alcohol, with a low pH of 2.91 and 5.3 grams of acidity, finishing vibrant and dry. 15,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in January 2025."
