• Aperitif amaro produced by Royal Vallet in Texcoco, Mexico
• Featured botanicals include pomegranate, rhubarb, dried orange peel, cinnamon, and gentian root; all botanicals are sourced domestically
• Neutral base spirit distilled from sugarcane in Veracruz, Mexico
• All botanicals are individually macerated in sugarcane spirit before being blending and co-macerated in stainless steel tanks
• Sweetened using cane sugar
• Rested in stainless steel for 10 days before bottling
• Bitter orange, rhubarb, and a hint of galangal on the nose precede a bright, juicy palate of orange peel, grapefruit, and pomegranate with long, lingering bitterness
• Naturally colored using cochineal insect dye
