"The Aori 2023 Kotsifali Sandalos shows pretty focus and precision. Sourced from a single vineyard and made with 100% whole-cluster fermentation, the wine reveals a lean, more linear personality with bright red fruit, pomegranate and subtle herbal nuances. The tannins are long and finely drawn, carrying the wine across the palate with good persistence. Rather than emphasizing weight or extraction, this bottling highlights freshness, energy and site expression from the White Mountains of Crete."
