"A distinctive version, with concentration to its bitter-edged dried apricot and kumquat. Density builds, with chamomile and honeycomb accents adding to the complexity. Racy tangerine acidity plays a counterpoint to the gentle sweetness, while the substantial finish is smudged in salt and smoke. Drink now through 2030. 100 cases imported."
