"Very aromatic with a wide spectrum of fresh fruit salad aromas (plenty of citrus), plus notes of ripe gooseberry and honeysuckle. Wonderfully fresh and vibrant on the medium-bodied palate with zesty and animating acidity. Stacks of fresh herb and citrus zest at the long finish, plus a whiff of smoke. A half and half blend of chardonnay and sauvignon blanc. From organically grown grapes with Fair'n Green certification. Drink or hold."

"Balances richness with a racy beam of acidity, which cuts through honeyed apple, warm spice and subtle brioche flavors. Opulent and creamy, with fleur de sel and crushed flint echoing on the long, well-rendered finish. Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Drink now through 2028. 1,800 cases made, 150 cases imported."K.B."
