"The 2025 Silvaner was grown in the Appenheimer Eselspfad and Ingelheimer Schlossberg sites. A third was fermented in used wood, two thirds in stainless steel. The nose is all tender quince with a touch of melted candlewax. The palate is utterly juicy, retaining that lovely, waxy texture and just gliding, with that tender stearin and quince backdrop. This is just the kind of wine for your table that you never knew you needed. (Bone-dry)"

"Well rounded and juicy on the barely medium-bodied palate, with attractive green apple, greengage plum, garden herb and green bean flavors. Surprising elegance and length in the bright and silky finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink now. Screw cap."

"This wine offers a satisfying experience, with an intriguing petrol notes that add complexity to its profile. Complemented by vibrant acidity and a refreshing character, it strikes a fine harmony between salty mineral, prominent acidity, orchard blossom and stone fruit. Long finish. Skurnik Wines, Inc.
