• Non-alcoholic rich simple syrup produced by Giffard in Angers, France
• Sweetened with organic sugar beet sugar
• Thickened with gum arabic, an all-natural resin harvested from the Acacia tree
• Flash pasteurized; no preservatives

Gum arabic, harvested from Acacia trees, acts as an emulsifier in water, creating mouth feel and body. A bartending staple since the 19th  century (appearing in Jerry Thomas’s How to Mix Drinks or The Bon-Vivant’s Companion), gomme syrup adds a luxurious silky texture to cocktails. Try it in your next Old Fashioned or classic Daiquiri.
