This gin is clear-eyed and crisp with 11 botanicals including juniper, coriander, cardamom, and cinnamon alongside other botanicals such as white cubeb berries and lemon & orange peel. The botanicals are macerated in a carefully sourced, neutral grain base that is then distilled using a pot still. A clean and balanced American Gin that fits nicely into its own stylistic space—relying mostly on herbal tones and less on citrus punch—the nose confidently expresses juniper, anise, and fresh timber with a palate of green tea, fresh fennel, and lime skin.
