"The pale and ethereal 2022 Supersónico is a surprise that goes beyond the character of the year. It's from an old vineyard (now certified organic) at 1,030 meters in altitude on gray slate soils close to Calatayud, a cold place that delivers wines with great finesse and elegance. It fermented with 100% full clusters in oak vats with indigenous yeasts and had a long maceration, then it matured in oak foudres. It's very tasty, with berries, herbs, even bay leaf, and has tension, fine tannins and a supple, almost salty finish. This plot has some 8% to 10% Macabeo white intermixed with the Garnacha. It has 13.5% alcohol with a pH of 3.45 and 5.55 grams of acidity. 6,918 bottles were filled in July 2024."

"This has subtle notes of raspberries, geraniums and liqueur. It's juicy and layered with supple tannins, tension and nerve, but also elegant and ethereal. This is mostly garnacha with a touch of macabeo. It comes from an 80-year-old, 2-hectare vineyard planted at 1,030 meters in a site known as Las Frías. Aged for 12 months in foudres. Drink now or hold."

"The 2023 Garnatxa Supers¢nico, from an old vineyard in Viver de la Sierra, macerates on skins for 50 days. It delivers floral notes, blood orange, violet and wild herbs, though the oak is a little prominent at present. The palate offers light grip, juicy freshness and flavorful fruit. This high-altitude red preserves fruit and expression without denying its sunlit origins, seeking to balance terroir character with stylistic intent."

"The red 2023 Supersónico comes from a single vineyard at 1,000 meters in altitude, planted with Garnacha and around 5% Macabeo, which fermented together with 100% full clusters and matured in foudres and oak casks. It has a bright ruby color and a perfumed nose that is floral and spicy, more reductive than oxidative, subtle and elegant. It has finesse—finer than Elástico—purity of flavors, some bright red berry fruit, very fine tannins and very good freshness, reflecting the higher altitude. It has energy and light. This is really good and overdelivers for the price. 9,754 bottles and 30 magnums produced. It was bottled in June 2025."

"This shows restrained aromas of burnt pumpkin seeds and dried flowers. It's very elegant and composed. The palate is floral, with blood orange flavors. Very vibrant, medium-bodied and energetic yet subtle, with ethereal fruit. Very approachable. Drink now."
