"The nose of the 2023 El Jardín de las Iguales Garnacha is stunning and made me go back to the glass over and over again, as it kept changing and unfurling new layers every few minutes. It's perfumed and elegant, spicy à la Vosne-Romanée from the south, with aromas of wild flowers, red fruit freshness, aromatic herbs, curry, celery and even white flowers. It is long, complex and balanced, with very fine-boned, chalky tannins. It has contained ripeness and 12.5% alcohol. Weightless but with structure, power with elegance, it is the proverbial iron fist in a velvet glove. This is the most complete, most elegant and finest vintage of this wine since they started. It should develop beautifully in bottle and for a very long time. 1,399 bottles, 60 magnums and three double magnums produced. It was bottled in July 2025."

"This has aromas of dried hibiscus, red fruit, pomegranates and blood oranges. The palate is medium- to full-bodied with precise tannins that add definition, precise fruit and balanced acidity. Very elegant, almost ethereal. This comes from an old vineyard in Alpartir. Drink now or hold."

"The 2022 El Jardín de las Iguales Garnacha was cropped from a warm and dry year, more Mediterranean and with a sensation of a little more ripeness despite the moderate 13.5% alcohol. It has notes of flowers, berries and herbs with an exotic touch of curry and celery, elegant and complex. It has a seamless palate with abundant, fine-grained tannins and very supple flavors. It has very good acidity and healthy parameters: a pH of 3.12 and 6.19 grams of acidity. I tasted the wine twice, the same bottle with a difference of 14 hours, and the wine opened up spectacularly but didn't deviate one millimeter; so, my guess is that the wine is going to age effortlessly in bottle."

"Dried pineapple, dried herbs and a touch of melon. This is restrained, with sharp, stimulating acidity, extraordinary energy and concentration. This has appealing austerity that harmoniously combines with a deep, acid-driven finish. This is the producer's top single vineyard, planted on a northeastern-facing site in the vicinity of Alpartir. Drink now or hold."
