This reverberates with spicy tension as salty minerals complicate crunchy orchard fruits. Juicy acidity puckers the cheeks and keeps the mouth watering for more as the 2019 finishes potent, long and lightly structured. "The word intense does not do the 2018 Sauvignon Blanc Reserve justice. It bursts from the glass with a decidedly savory blend of crushed rocks and sage, complicated by zests of lime and salty sea air. This is round and supple with a reverberation of juicy acidity and masses of saline mineral tones that further enhance its tart orchard fruits. A cascade of inner florals combines with hints of dill as a note of Sour Patch melon keeps the mouth watering for more. The Reserve is a special selection from the Ciringa vineyards that aged on the lees for three and a half years."
