• Chenin Blanc with a very small portion of Roussanne
• Located in the south-western part of the Paarl region, with a distance to the ocean around 20 miles
• Vine age between 4-40 years old
• Decomposed granite and clay shale
• Hand harvested, with a combination of de-stemming and whole bunch
• Fermented with indigenous yeasts in 85% stainless steel, 8% seasoned barrels & 7% clay amphora
• Bottled after 5 months on the gross lees
