• Open-air sour mash fermented for four days
• Twice distilled in a custom four-plate hybrid pot/column still
• Aged over 7 years in char level 3 ISC (Independent Stave Company) barrels
• Aromas of golden treacle, toasted fennel, clove, and chocolate malted milk balls; a waxy palate displays caramel corn, orange peel, dried cherry, cinnamon, and peanut brittle with toffee, peach candy, eucalyptus, and raspberry seed on the finish
• Non-chill filtered; 52.5% ABV

Skurnik’s first 9th Floor Selection from Laws Whiskey House is a straight bourbon bottled exclusively for Skurnik, twice distilled in a custom four-plate hybrid still from a mash bill unique to the Experiential Series of 91.5% corn, 6.5% heirloom malted barley, and 2% heirloom rye. Aged 7 years and 1 month in char level 3 American oak barrels, the resulting bourbon displays aromas of golden treacle, toasted fennel, clove, and chocolate malted milk balls. A waxy palate displays caramel corn, orange peel, dried cherry, cinnamon, and peanut brittle with toffee, peach candy, eucalyptus, and raspberry seed on the finish.
