"This is meaty, smoky, paprika with red cherries. Medium-bodied with texture, well crafted, with transparent fruit, characterful with incisive character and concentration. Very pure with fine tannins. Predominantly jaen with baga, tinta roriz and other varieties. 20% whole-bunch fermented. Aged for 12 months in used French oak. Drink now."
