"The NV Champagne Grand Cru Blanc De Blancs Revolution Brut Nature is 50% from 2017, 30% from 2016, and the rest from 2015, raised in equal parts used Burgundy barrels and stainless steel. It has a golden yellow hue and is ripe and inviting with aromas of baked apples, preserved citrus, crystalline ginger, floral perfume, and croissants. The palate is assertive and energetic, with a pithy texture, a zesty mousse, a strong mineral drive, and vibrant acidity. It has a more electric feel, with good density. Drink it over the coming 15 years."

"The NV Blanc de Blancs Révolution Grand Cru Non-Dosé (2016 base) is 100% Chardonnay, composed of 50% 2016, 30% 2015 and 20% 2014. Rich, deep and layered, the Revolution has a ton to offer. Apricot, peach, spice, crushed flowers and chamomile all take shape as this powerful, vinous Champagne shows off its resonant, expansive personality. Extended time on the lees (48+ months) has added notable complexity. This is one of the most intriguing Champagnes I have tasted from Doyard lately. Terrific. Bottled with no dosage. Disgorged: November 17, 2022."

"An elegant, citrusy champagne full of lemon-pulp and linden-tree aromas with a whiff of rosewater. There™s a sort of fruit sweetness on the palate with delicacy, refreshing acidity and light body. Chalk-flavored finish with a touch of bitterness. Drink now."

"Disgorged in October 2024 without dosage, Doyard's 2018 vintage-based NV Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Non Dosé Révolution derives mostly from Avize (70%) and includes fruit from Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Cramant. The wine is vinified equal parts in stainless steel and oak and spends a year longer on the lees compared to Doyard™s NV Vendémiaire, coming through slightly more complete, with considerable tension, notwithstanding the generous base year. Opening in the glass with scents of almonds, peach and brioche, it is full-bodied and powerful yet precise, with a generous core of fruit, anchored by vibrant acidity and a delicately chalky finish."

"A high-toned, fragrant blanc de blancs, with floral, herb, graphite and spice notes wafting through succulent flavors of nectarine, melon and white cherry fruit, plus a rich hint of grilled macadamia. Long and finely balanced, with a lacy mousse that carries the profile on the lasting finish. Disgorged March 2024. Drink now through 2029. 500 cases imported."
