"True to its name, this is an unapologetically textural and mineral wine, with a pointed zestiness softened by the creamy, lively mousse. Pink grapefruit, blood orange, toasted almonds and red apple peel mingle in the mouth, supported by a muscular acidity. Pickled walnuts, wet stone, moss, orange sherbet and pith play in the background. Broad-shouldered yet very elegant. Biodynamic."

"The 2020 Brut Nature Textures de Pedra is composed of 50% Xarel·lo Vermell, 25% Sumoll and 25% Bastard Negre, sourced from Conca del Riu Anoia in Penedès. Aged 42 months on the lees, this light yellow wine reveals aromas of bakery, bay leaf and lime, complemented by deep citrus layers. Dry and ethereal on the palate, the vibrant, saline acidity leads to a refreshing and textured mouthfeel. This joyful and vivid sparkling wine boasts a heightened core thanks to the red varieties in the blend."

"This is an intense and serious sparkling wine that shows excellent depth, concentration and complexity. Pie crust, biscuits, sour cream and minerals with a touch of glazed lemon loaf. Broad and full-bodied with intense mousse and a lasting, saline finish that goes on for more than half a minute. Generous but extremely serious. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold."

"Ravent¢s' unique 'blanc de noirs' † a blend of three red varieties Xarel-lo vermell, Sumolland Bastard Negre (Graciano), although Xarel-lo vermell is not really a red variety but apink-skinned clone of Xarel-lo. Stony soils at the top of the Serral hill. A totally fascinating,original creation, this is less about mineral tension and more around an intriguingaromaticism of black plum, peach and liquorice, supple with its fluffy mousse and carefulextraction but hiding a vein of dark bread and apricot intensity. Almost a ros, by somemeasures, it's beguiling stuf"

"The smoky and flinty 2019 Textures de Pedra was produced with 50% Xarel.lo Vermell and equal parts of Sumoll and Bastard Negre from the higher vineyard on the property that was planted 20 years ago. The base wine matured for nine months in concrete with the lees and then was put to referment in bottle, where it matured with the lees for some 42 months. It's spicy and smoky with an almost meaty side to it, like barbecued meat, almost savory, with a golden, deeper color. The palate feels polished and integrated, with small bubbles and gentle acidity. It has 12.5% alcohol with a pH of 3.16 and is bone dry (0.8 grams of sugar), as it corresponds to a brut nature. This is polished and ready."
