"49% Xarel-lo, 34% Macabeo, 12 % Parellada and 5% Monastrell (which is co-fermented withthe Xarel-lo). This is Catalonia's most delicate and finessed ros,, with a gentle reductivefocus holding together delicate red pear and grapefruit flavours. It's fluid and tender, totallyrefreshing and refined in texture, just touching on some salty cracker complexity butremaining completely immediate. 2024"

"The pale sparkling ros, 2022 De Nit is a blend of 49% Xarel.lo, 34% Macabeo, 12% Parellada and 5% Monastrell that refermented in bottle where it matured with the lees for 18 months. It has a subtle nose and feels very much like a white wine (which it mostly is) with just a copper tint and almost no red fruit aromas and very faint flavors. It has 12.09% alcohol with a pH of 3.01 and 5.9 grams of acidity balanced by 4.5 grams of sugar. It's clean and precise, and the sugar almost unnoticeable, giving it just an approachable touch but never sweet. It's Mediterranean, with notes of esparto grass, a more generous year."

"Softly effervescent in the glass, this wine has a nose of Anjou pear and toasted hazelnut. It is vibrant on the palate, offering Granny Smith apple, white peach, freshly baked bread and cocoa butter flavors, and a bright finish.‡M.D."

"A firm, focused sparkler, with a pleasingly crisp, lightly chalky texture, this offers a subtle, savory overtone of smoke, stone and grilled herbs and flavors of black cherry, pickled ginger and almond pastry. Fresh finish. Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Monastrell. Disgorged March 2023. Drink now through 2026. 17,000 cases made, 9,000 cases imported."
