Dry elegance defines the nose, with aromas of white mushroom, apple, pear and spent yeast blending well. A lightly citric and minerally palate plays up freshness, while this tastes of just-ripe nectarine and tangerine. A steady citric finish is tangy and edgy. Drink through 2023
Glistening straw. Vibrant and sharply focused on the nose, displaying fresh Anjou pear, orange zest and floral qualities and a smoky mineral overtone. Taut, spice-tinged citrus and orchard fruit and honeysuckle flavors show fine clarity and pick up a touch of buttered toast with air. Fleshy and concentrated yet dry and nervy as well, finishing impressively long, with firm bite and repeating mineral and smoky lees notes.
