"The 2020 Raventós i Blanc De La Finca Brut Nature is crafted from a cépages of fifty percent Xarel-lo, forty percent Macabeu and ten percent Parellada. The wine was aged for thirty months prior to its disgorgement in December of 2023. The wine offers up a beautifully complex bouquet of tart pineapple, lemon, breadfruit, salty minerality, lemongrass and a touch of raw almond in the upper register. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied, focused and complex, with a lovely core and mineral drive, frothy mousse, lovely balance and a long, vibrant and classy finish. This is very fine juice. 2024-2045."

There's a subtlereductive signature here which plays beautifully into the narrow, mineral build of this finerelease, which encloses its pure clementine, pear and pale stone fruit in a delicate, vividcasing touching on complexity of white rose and pepper. Such lift and acceleration throughthe palate here † exciting wine. 2024-2028"
