"Lovely precision and focus built around a framework of filigree minerality. Subtle nose, with oyster shell and lemon zest topped with hints of rose and green apple. "The smoky and flinty 2019 Textures de Pedra was produced with 50% Xarel.lo Vermell and equal parts of Sumoll and Bastard Negre from the higher vineyard on the property that was planted 20 years ago. The base wine matured for nine months in concrete with the lees and then was put to referment in bottle, where it matured with the lees for some 42 months. It's spicy and smoky with an almost meaty side to it, like barbecued meat, almost savory, with a golden, deeper color. The palate feels polished and integrated, with small bubbles and gentle acidity. It has 12.5% alcohol with a pH of 3.16 and is bone dry (0.8 grams of sugar), as it corresponds to a brut nature. This is polished and ready."

"The 2020 Raventós i Blanc De La Finca Brut Nature is crafted from a cépages of fifty percent Xarel-lo, forty percent Macabeu and ten percent Parellada. The wine was aged for thirty months prior to its disgorgement in December of 2023. The wine offers up a beautifully complex bouquet of tart pineapple, lemon, breadfruit, salty minerality, lemongrass and a touch of raw almond in the upper register. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied, focused and complex, with a lovely core and mineral drive, frothy mousse, lovely balance and a long, vibrant and classy finish. This is very fine juice. 2024-2045."
