Coffee Liqueur

Coffee Liqueur
  • Coffee liqueur produced by Về Để Đi in Hanoi, Vietnam
  • Produced using 70% arabica and 30% robusta coffee beans locally sourced from Vietnam’s Central Highlands
  • Base spirit column-distilled from locally sourced Vietnamese Red River rice
  • Coffee beans are ground and macerated in water and rice spirit separately before the infusions are blended and lightly filtered
  • Sweetened using locally sourced sugar from Nghe Anh
  • Rested for one week in stainless steel before bottling
  • Bold, earthy robusta coffee, chocolate chip cookie, and a touch of charred marshmallow transition to a rich palate bursting with rich chocolate, brown sugar, toasted coconut, tonka bean, and dried cherry
  • 23% ABV

Về Để Đi has partnered directly with local farmers in Vietnam’s Central Highlands, specifically in Đắk Lắk and Quảng Trị provinces, to craft another knockout expression that offers a deeply layered and wholistic expression of a single botanical: coffee. Vietnam is the world’s second largest producer of coffee after Brazil, with 80% grown in the Central Highlands where iron-rich, red basalt volcanic mountain soil and high elevation offer ideal conditions for cultivation. Beyond the Espresso Martini, try mixing this coffee liqueur into Manhattans and Old Fashioneds or simply savoring it over ice (or ice cream)!
