• Coffee liqueur produced by Himmaleh Spirits in Kashipur, Uttarakhand, India
• Produced using medium-dark roasted Arabica coffee beans sourced from the Chikamagular region of India
• Coffee is cold-brew macerated in Himalayan spring water
• Base spirit is copper pot distilled from 100% rice locally sourced from the Kumaon region
• After the coffee and spirit are combined, the blend is sweetened with muscovado cane sugar
• Sweet aromas of cacao, black cherry, cinnamon, and white pepper precede a palate of cold brew coffee, sweet cream, toasted rice, milk chocolate, and brown sugar

Bandarful is a cold brew coffee liqueur made from coffee grown in India’s cultural and agricultural coffee epicenter, Chikmagalur. The hand-picked coffee is processed using all three major methods—some of the beans are washed, some naturally dried, and some are honey processed—to best highlight the spectrum of flavors and aromas from the fruit. This adds remarkable depth to the liqueur, making it a delight to sip over ice or mix into cocktails.
