Chardonnay 'Odem Vineyard'

The Yarden Chardonnay Odem Organic Vineyard is produced exclusively from fruit harvested from the Odem Vineyard. This vineyard is the highest and coolest in all of Israel, located at an elevation of just under 1,200 meters (3,900 feet). Farmed organically since 1998, the vineyard has produced outstanding Chardonnay since its first planting in 1989. The 2016 Yarden Chardonnay Odem Organic Vineyard fermented and aged sur lies in French oak barrels for seven months.
