• Aromas of honey, fresh pineapple and citrus. Finely textured, the wine expands on the palate to reveal a medium full body with surprising depth.
• Damaged grapes are pruned throughout the year and grapes are destemmed before fermentation.
• Fermented in French Oak barrels at 45-50F for 3-4 weeks, aged in French Oak for 10-12 months.
